Excellent service and food provided at the Maui

Food at Maui was amazing and the service by Jaseer was even better! He looked after us all day. Even with a mask you could still see his smiley face and waited on us all day!

We ate here while staying at the Sofitel and the Indian food was very good however the service was too slow and we waited over an hour for our main meals which then come out Luke warm in the middle as they appeared to be under hot lamps prior to serving. Waitress was apologetic however for a 5 star hotel restaurant this should have been sorted . I was informed this is typical as there’s is limited kitchen space for the chefs. If this is the case the hotel needs to sort it out as this is not a 5 star service .

We went to the restaurant today had to wait about 45 mins for our food. After asking why it was taking so long and the reply was it coz we are busy.

When the food did arrive it was ok however the service let the entire experience down.
