The hotel is great, accommodation is very comfortable, pool and beach areas are clean and green, the stuff is very helpful and nice, special thanks to the stuff members Mohammad Nagris and Subash, who assisted us at the beach, quick service, feedback and just friendly guys.

I must also commend our personal butler, Erkan, for his impeccable service. He was always available whenever we needed him and went above and beyond to ensure that our requests were promptly met. Erkan treated us like VIPs, and his attention to detail was truly impressive.
I am truly grateful to the entire team at Rixos Premium, from the housekeeping staff to the food and beverage team, for their assistance and warm hospitality. Although I may not remember all their names, their helpful attitudes and genuine smiles did not go unnoticed.

We had 2 days stay at Rixos Premuim Dubai JBR with friends and we experienced amazing, joyful, wonderful and perfect stay. I would like to thanks Mr. Salman ( FO Manager) for the warm welcome, Mr Erkan ( Butler ) who guide us through out our stay , very nice person, professional , kudos to you also to Mr Halil. To Mr Sagar ( House Keeping ) who did a great job for surprising our friends birthday the decorations is wow , maintaining our room clean and tidy Kudos to you and lastly Ms Aylia (GR) pretty and nice. The sport lessons was so effective, I was on tabata and sound healing. I so recommend it, trainer Eleonora very attentive and helpful,thank you! I really like it. And it's amazing that the lessons making on sea place with sea views and it's included in vacation 💙
