I recently visited Azure Beach at Rixos Hotel JBR, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Shaiyra. Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, Shaiyra went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect, handling everything with kindness and professionalism.
Shaiyra is incredibly attentive to the needs of her guests, and I was impressed by how quickly she resolved any issues that arose, often within just a few hours. Her polite, respectful, and caring nature made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Azure Beach is a beautiful and relaxing spot, and my experience there was made even better by Shaiyra’s outstanding service.

We were at the top floor with a view of the ocean and the Dubai Eye. The room had toiletries from l'Occitaine and an Illy capsule coffee machine. We had the continental breakfast in room and it is excellent value for money. Staff was helpful and courteous, especially Mr Ivan.

I've stayed at Rixos multiple times over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. Starting from check in, Bibin is absolutely incredible he has made me and my family feel like we are apart of the Rixos family. Then housekeeping and in room dining, as a team they are absolutely incredible with efficient timing and great communication always striving for the best service. Then finally the pool area, Mohammed Nagis has gone out of his way consistently on every day to make sure we are comfortable always making sure we are out of the sun and helping us with any orders we have when other staff aren't present. He has seriously gone above and beyond and has a really strong future at Azure I hope. Thank you to all staff.
