I am at the rixos...what a great expérience...the hotel is wonderfull but the people working in it..like jaffar who tapes care of my room and everything i need make the rixos a must....good hôtel become great when there is that Kinde of people working inside

ALL the service were so great.
The pool service guys Nagis and Subash was always there realising all our wishes.
The housekeeping was also great.
The whole Rixos was really great.
We will come back again.
We can recommend a stay at the Rixos at JBR for everyone.

tres belle experience , everything was perfect , I highly recommend the hotel to all those who want to go on JBR the breakfast buffet was perfect, the pool amazing, the restaurants great, the hall is splendid , the ideal place to spend a good holiday with family , friends

Best hotel in town Mr.Tariq khan and his team accommodate me very well i found him very helpful, highly recommended property with good amenities specially the pool in b1 it’s the best to relax and enjoy food is also super good and amazing……..

Hi I m still here with my family for a long staycation we have still 10 days but I want share my experience at now
We have been other times in Dubai, Atlantis, Taji, Anantara always on the Palm but this choice has been successful
The hotel is in the heart of JBR you all close to you and the hotel is not new but has a perfect manteinance
It is modern but welcoming, staff is kind professional and smiling, at lobby, at pool, at jym and restaurant
I have special needs for cleaning the room and my room , one bedroom deluxe room that I suggest, is cleaned daily prfectly…Jaffar our housekeeping always smiling helpful professional and attentive, he always asks if anything is needed
Very lucky to have him
The day next we have arrived my husband believed ha had lost his waller but security of hotel has been spectacular especially Mister Zakar of security, when we have told him about wallet he reassured us, assured us that they would do everything possible by carefully checking the video surveillance system and told us to trust to him and to security stafg
He immediately got work and after 2 hours the wallet has been found
Fantastic and fantastic feel safe in hotel like at your home
I have had need also a nurse for a small wound of my son and also in this case the staff, Tatiana, has been helpful sweet and kind to my scared son
I am still here e I can surely that at Rixos Premiun you have al you want as very confortable vacation but you have concrete support if anything happens to you
