The location is magnificent,the staff also good and ready to help.
The food is splendid especially l want to mention the Turquoise restaurant - everything is very fresh and tasty.And my special thanks and best regards to Bilal - he’s the top.

Great services and accommodations special thanks to Mr. Husaain from house keeping for his services and being nice customer oriented. One issue i faceed with bed and they fixed it right away once raised by us. I would recommend it to stay here

Just returned from our third visit to Rixos the palm and all I can say is WOW every time we go it’s seems better than the last time , in the past Toro Loco was our favourite restaurant but on this holiday it all changed.Toro Loco is still an excellent restaurant but L’Olivo (the Italian restaurant) was by far our favourite restaurant and I would recommend you try this when you visit, the staff at this restaurant are fantastic and go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your experience here . I feel I have to mention Diwan who made sure everything was perfect ever time we ate here , also Taomoor and Sajjad all made sure everything in the restaurant was perfect and I feel these 3 supervisors have made such a massive difference to this restaurant and the food and service was spectacular congratulations Diwan Taomoor , and Sajjad keep up the good work.i would also like to mention Lakshitha from A La Turca , he was another restaurant supervisor that went the extra mile every time we went in here and made our stay special. To be fair all the staff at this resort go above and beyond to help but the one I’ve mentioned just seemed to stand out to us. Also two more people I feel I must mention are Selda and Tenecia from the coffee bar , they always had a smile and went out of there way to help . We are going back in September and can’t wait to see you all again.

We was staying at Rixos premium Dubai jar our room 2206 n room view was very n food was existent pool n beach was very nice n all are very kind n helpful . our room clean guys was amazing he was already clean very nice n helping to us thank you so much for everything.
