Our stay at Rixos Premium Dubai was exceptional. The hotel's prime location in Jumeirah Beach Residence offers stunning views and easy beach access. Our room was luxurious and comfortable, with breathtaking balcony views. Dining was a highlight, with diverse and delicious options.
The facilities, including the fitness center, spa, and outdoor pool, were top-notch, and the private beach was a perfect spot to relax. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable.
Rixos Premium Dubai exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Generally nice hotel from all aspects. Location, food, service, all were nice! Special thanks to Mert Yurdakul the reception guy, he made us feel very welcomed and was super kind.
The cafe at lobby area was also incredible with live music and good quality coffee.

We have stayed here for one week before moving to Sofitel for week two. What a big mistake!
We wish so much we had simply extended our stay at rixos! I have hardly taken any pictures because I was just enjoying my time here, I wish I had so I could share the hotel in all its glory.
This hotel was the most beautiful, clean, sleek, modern hotel. The staff are incredible, the food is wow wow wow.
Our room was beautiful, modern, clean and fresh. I used the gym which had great equipment, changing rooms with all the items you needed such as showers, Dyson hairdryers, steam room etc. fresh towels, bottled waters.
The pool is beautiful, different areas for different preferences, swim up bar!!!
The menu is fab and the quality of food around the pool is 10/10.
The buffet breakfast!!! Omg , it is what you can only dream of, fresh food, beautifully displayed, attentive servers, the food is so flavoursome, nothing is too much trouble.
The fact that this hotel has so many amazing restaurants inside means if you never wanted to leave you wouldn’t need to, we ate at stk and the Godiva cafe and both were 10/10.
I am currently in Sofitel for a few more days and we are regretting leaving rixos. Despite Sofitel claiming 5* I can honestly say that it is not.

Best hotel ever! Excellent customer service, excellent food, staff very attentive. Everthing was spotless, beautiful room with nice views. The manager, Mert Yurdakul, was particularly helpful, sympathetic and friendly. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Near the tram (with connections to the metro), near restaurants and shops. Highly recommend it!
