Best hotel ever! Excellent customer service, excellent food, staff very attentive. Everthing was spotless, beautiful room with nice views. The manager, Mert Yurdakul, was particularly helpful, sympathetic and friendly. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Near the tram (with connections to the metro), near restaurants and shops. Highly recommend it!

Last year June 2023 my husband and i discovered this hotel online and decided to give it a shot... we had such a great experience - we decided to return with our 2 teenage daughters this July 2024 for 9 days. This hotel DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Upon arriving early Maria from the front desk put in the effort to get us into our room as soon as possible, thank you again! This time here at Rixos we spent more money and upgraded to a 2 bed room, room for our girls to have there own space and let me tell you it was well worth it! To our pleasant surprise this room was remarkable and above our expectations.
It was spacious and clean, especially because of Simone from house keeping. This room was so grand and the way he cleaned daily was amazing. He was always so friendly and respectful, thank you Simone! Another thing worth mentioning is-defiantly pay the extra fee and get breakfast included at Turquoise restaurant. Its so worth it. The selection and staff are exceptional. During our time here in Dubai we also stayed at the Atlantis and we had a great time but the quality and service here at Rixos JBR out shined all things. We would like to send a special thanks to Chandan , Tejas, Junaid, Sachin, Baijnath, Yusuf, and lastly Chef Shahzaiv who made such an effort to make each breakfast time amazing! Each person I mentioned went above and beyond which made our time awesome! Its obvious from their kind gestures and professionalism that they are wonderful assets to this hotel! Keep up the great work. Lastly on a sad note my 15 year old daughter ended up having an accident in the room and ended up getting stitches, this hotel was gracious in sending her delightful snacks and balloons to the room to help cheer her up! Yuri from hotel relations was kind and helpful, thanks again for attempting to get us late check out especially given what happened with our daughter! Reyhan also thank you for your warmth towards our family! The nurse who came to attend to her in the room was incredible, gentle and kind...in some ways better then what we have back in Canada... we are grateful for her. Her name was Editha. Although we had that unfortunate accident in the room, we are extremely happy that we discovered this hotel chain and hopefully will go to the one in Turkey next summer. Also thank you all for making our anniversary here special with decorations and cake!

Musa from Housekeeping at Rixos is a very serviceminded man. Very kind as well.

Brilliant stay here, excellent service at the pool from Musa and Subash in house keeping, hotel also has some really good restaurants, an excellent breakfast with such amazing and attentive staff
