As we walked in we were greeted with a loud “shamase” (welcome) by the staff, we opted for the champage option, they serve Perrier Jouet, later we had some sake. the starter was salt edemame. then the buffet had a large variety of japanese starters; tuna tatake, smoked scallops miso, wagyu beef tatake, oysters, salads, Ekura, caviare, sushi, sashimi, rolls..all fresh and delicious. for the mains we got the Nobu passport where we could choose up to 2 mains for each person, we opted for the black cod miso which was as delecious as always and a good portion 150gms, the sea bass was good, the soft shell crab and the beef rib were also good. our server George was pleasant, friendly and attentive all the time.. the desserts were on the buffet, our favorite was the Mochi, and the cheese cake. all in all we enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
