What a beautiful property to relax and enjoy with family. Well land scaped and maintained. Loved the villas with private pool with the water view. Many dining options within the hotel. Great in room amenities. Very helpful staff. Concierge and house keeping outstanding. Memorable stay at the 4seasons.

I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I have ever had, the rooms, the service, the staff - it was all perfection. I am travelling from Australia and this is my first time to Egypt, and my experience in this hotel has solidified to me that this country boasts the most beautiful landscapes, experiences and above all else - beautiful people.
Rewan, the beautiful lady on the reception desk was delightful. So helpful, kind and welcoming.
The staff at the breakfast and at the restaurant were absolutely gorgeous, I felt so welcomed every time I walked in, they were all so kind and went above and beyond in making every experience I had there a great one.
The rooms are like something out of a movie, absolutely breathtaking. The gym, the dining options, the cleanliness, everything down to the last detail in this hotel is sheer perfection.
I will definitely be back to the Four Seasons Alexandria, it is a must-stay for anyone visiting the area.

My wife with her family was prevented from walking in the beach at night because of a party far from the area (they don’t want anyone to have a pic with the party behind). The room had plumbing problem that was fixed later. My wife forgot her toothbrush and was expecting from Nico hotels they supply that even without asking, and that wasn’t the scenario. The included breakfast was terrible and even the cheese in the buffet has like a guard to prevent more than a piece per person. Next day breakfast my wife had, the turkey was rotten and she called the worker who acknowledged it from the smell and as usual gave excuses. I sent the first complaint to the management (as it happened in the few hours they arrived to the hotel) through the USA/Canada only portal and I got no reply or even acknowledgment of receiving the complaint. The hotel is in a great area and it is the most expensive hotel with more than $500 a night rate but what you get is way less than what you pay for.
Room tip: Don’t waste your money in this way expensive hotel.

The Four Seasons is a great hotel and we have tried it in different cities but I have to say our stay at the San Stefano Four Seasons was incredible. The hotel location and view are unmatched and the service is impeccable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While the hotel is beautiful and the services are amazing, it's the staff that really makes this place shine. Thank you to everyone there for making our visit memorable.
