My wife with her family was prevented from walking in the beach at night because of a party far from the area (they don’t want anyone to have a pic with the party behind). The room had plumbing problem that was fixed later. My wife forgot her toothbrush and was expecting from Nico hotels they supply that even without asking, and that wasn’t the scenario. The included breakfast was terrible and even the cheese in the buffet has like a guard to prevent more than a piece per person. Next day breakfast my wife had, the turkey was rotten and she called the worker who acknowledged it from the smell and as usual gave excuses. I sent the first complaint to the management (as it happened in the few hours they arrived to the hotel) through the USA/Canada only portal and I got no reply or even acknowledgment of receiving the complaint. The hotel is in a great area and it is the most expensive hotel with more than $500 a night rate but what you get is way less than what you pay for.
