The hotel is very disgusting and there is no proffessional hospitality at all.
They are far away from the mid town, and the price is not equivelant to quality.
They should to be trainined how to deal with guests and they should re-evaluated from the ministry of tourism, they could not be a four star hotel, should be two stars by maximum.
Horrible hotel, dirty swimming pool, filthy toilets, no hot water, no water bottles to drink you need to take 5 minutes walk, worst food ever, spa not included in the price, booked directly via the hotel website, arrived at reception, no records for my booking, would never go there even for free. worst experience ever, not recommended if you have a baby, I regret booking there and i would not recommended anyone to book, I would rather stay in a tent.

A wonderful and quite place to stay, professional staff provided warm services and all we need . By the way good spa and swimming pool they have. Will come back again with our family for vacation. Kids will love it.
good experiences, with good breakfast and dinner, lived here already more than 10 day. perhaps will still choose Africana hotel and spa for the next time. the room is big enough, with nice swimming pool, and a big yard.
