Nothing worse than finding out that the money you paid was for poor quality and dirty hotel room, roomservice is bad and they expect you to pay a tip once you entered the hotel, the location is bad as well there is no excitements around
Away from the noise of the city and sea front! Fabulous food, staff and facilities. Exceptionally clean! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are good size with balcony and views. Close to the airport (small airport - not too close that you hear planes)
The Hotel is quite ok, rooms are nice, 3 pools and breakfast is also good...but it all ended up in a Dispute! They charged me 50% upfront when booking, when I was there they charged me again 100%. I contacted them afterwards explained it but they completely refused to accept my complaint. Very arrogant, very inflexible, very unprofessional behaviour!!! I can only recommend everybody to check exactly the payment terms when booking or better not to stay in Africana.
Although it was a short stay but it was a nice stay at a nice resort near Alex, cozy rooms, nice breath and atmosphere, nice breakfast and staff, has nice authentic wooden stuff in the rooms, nice open seating area around big swimming pool, I recommend it
A very lovely place to relax and enjoy a clean and fresh weather away from the city rush in a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very nice with affordable prices.
You can enjoy the pools, the spa ; also you can enjoy having a drink at the Obsidian pub and bar or have a very tasty dinner along with your favourite drink in a cool atmosphere are the viking style The Kraken pub & restaurant.
