I have been living in the hotel since July 2016. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. especially Mr. Yosry El-Samak, Moaz Al-Sabagh, Chef Abdul Salam and Sherif Azam. The hotel is located in Green Plaza where you can enjoy your shopping and dinning in many restaurants. The hotel has nice amenities including large swimming pools, play courts, etc.

no lobby at the hotel . also breakfast is very bad .
all rooms has no view you feel like at prison . however it is located at green plaza mall which have a lot of restaurants and cinema and Cafes so if you need a cheap stay far from Alexandria sea you can choose this hotel .
It is really good small hotel with very nice place to stay .. green plaza is nice place to hang out with coffee shops restaurants & cinema .. when i discover this nice motel i love it .. it is clean and staff was nice .. i will come again
My first night was in a room that had bed bugs. Had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. Second room was a little cleaner! Breakfast was very limited in selections and quality of food. Room floor was not properly cleaned by house keeping. A/C was in a good working condition. Shower area flooded evertime I took a shower!
