It is in a good location but not a 4 star hotel maybe a 2 star. Staff were rude in the rooftop bar. Air conditioning did not work in our first room and was late until they decided to give us another room. Then that started leaking into the room.Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Security not the best on the balcony or main door. If you are a non smoker it is not very nice during meals. It is set up for the smoker. Old hotel from the glory days that really need to invest in basic maintenance.

Our stay in Windsor Palace Hotel was very nice. The hotel itself is a gem, it gives a glimpse of Alexandria´s splendor at the beginning of the 20th century. The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was very confortable, cosy and with a splendid sea view. The roof top offers an amazing view on the seafront. Service is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. The light diner option is not worth taking though.
We do recommand this hotel, it is a great place to stay in Alexandria!

We had an outstanding wonderful time in this hotel. Stuff was very skilled, friendly and most helpful. Security service is excellent and all our services need where fulfilled before we even knew about them.

Roof top Restaurant is a must see even if u do not stay in the hotel. We hand a room with very good air conditioning, beautiful luxury bath and amazing seeview. Landry service comes with reasonable extra charge.

We had a special problem with a lost item (taxi) and the stuff was very helpful and friendly to get in touch with the driver. Got it back. Thanks maxar and everyone involved. 😘🤩😁
