The worst hotel i have been too. Starting from the night shift receptionist very unprofessional. Our room wasn’t ready. We are couple he gave us narrow room . Very bad one not like the one i booked in booking.com not enough for 1 big luggage . Smelly bathroom. Rude staff. I do not recommend this hotel yo anyone

Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel management has absolutely no idea what good customer service means. Here are a few examples.
1. I asked for a quiet room before we checked in. But we were given a room near the staff room and someone was rattling around round the clock. The staff is walking down the hall, slamming the door, talking, and watching videos on the phone. And all this at NIGHT. Some stuff guy told me "can't do anything, if you don't like it - change the room". Manager at the reception to all my complaints promised to fix it, but did nothing.
2. There was no hot water. Just after few complaints they fixed it, but still, water was barely warm.
3.Rooms look older than the picture.
4.In the bathroom constantly accumulates water on the floor and does not come out through the hole
5.Very slow internet.

My Husband and I stay one night 28th October - 24th October 2020.

Actually we wish to stay in Tolip Hotel Or Stegenberger, Ended up we stop to try San Giovanni Hotel.

Hotel room was little fine, But Double bed room it was very small only enough for 1 person sleep,
My husband and I Need to sequeezing each other. Aicond was noise whole the night, Our room was faced Bridge and Sea, which were if went out that was nice has balcony and can sea view but have to shared balcony with other guest...

Unfortunate because our room front of bridge so the noise whole the day from traffic outside..

Locker was not worked..

Breakfast it was very simple, 1 omelette , 3 pieces smaller of Falafel, Coffee , cheese, yogurt , Aish ( Local bread)

Staffs was Friendly and try to helful it was nice however Staff wasn't wear mask.

Price for the Rooom with Taxes Expensive. with such a condition room like that.
