Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel management has absolutely no idea what good customer service means. Here are a few examples.
1. I asked for a quiet room before we checked in. But we were given a room near the staff room and someone was rattling around round the clock. The staff is walking down the hall, slamming the door, talking, and watching videos on the phone. And all this at NIGHT. Some stuff guy told me "can't do anything, if you don't like it - change the room". Manager at the reception to all my complaints promised to fix it, but did nothing.
2. There was no hot water. Just after few complaints they fixed it, but still, water was barely warm.
3.Rooms look older than the picture.
4.In the bathroom constantly accumulates water on the floor and does not come out through the hole
5.Very slow internet.
