I have stayed at this hotel more or less annually for the last few years booked by local partners. The hotel seems more tired and run down each year. Rooms vary in layout. Some have nice views over the small sea I, others have tiny windows and these can be rather warm. Inadequate air conditioning means these rooms can be uncomfortably warm since leaving windows open leaves the road noise unbearable since it never stops.

The tiredness of this hotel reflects the challenges faced by the hospitality sector across Egypt.

That said rooms are clean enough and beds are comfortable. The TV in my current room had a good picture and a range of international satellite channels were available. WiFi is present and worked much of the time but did occasionally drop out.

Morning breakfast is adequate although not very inspiring.

I booked a single room for a 2 day business trip
I was given a room with a very narrow view of the sea
At night , I discovered that the air condition was not working and the room was very hot
In the morning, I informed the reception of the problem and told them to fix it till I return to my room at 3 in the afternoon
I came back at 3 , nothing was done , I asked to be moved to another room
The hotel manager told me that the air condition is not working at all in the entire hotel
And he offered me to put a fan in my room
What a compromise!!!!
Don’t recommend the hotel to anyone due to this very bad management, I should have been informed when checking in about this problem

I very great location almost inside the see, everything is more than excellent, you will be welcomed with a very friendly smile, reception people, room service, and the restaurant give you more than what one need. I recommend too much.
