The room service was excellent Peter was so polite.
The doorbell man Ahmed and his colleagues super professional.
The lady who was in charge of floor room 308 was excellent one of the best house keeping stuff I ever met in my travels.
But the reception stuff by night was super rood.
How can u be a 4 star hotel without an Alcohol license.
Plus other racial problems.
I am a girl of 13, Traveling with my parents in a travelling group and this hotel isn't the best stay. When we arrived to our room there were two beds (single beds) and where a family of 3 so my dad ask for a new room but they gave us a foldable bed which was unstable and the end of the mattress was lifting up and we knew if we slept on we would get back pain. So we pushed the two beds together and slept on that, all 3 of us (they gave my dad an extra room all too himself but my mom and me wasn't on bord with that idea as came to the hotel to spend time with each other) and the room was small and didn't have much room. Later that day the mini fridge started leaking and it was a mess we used tissue paper to just rub the water( other people in our tour package told us that their fridge stated to leak as well, few people had the same bed room problem as us , few couldn't open their hotel doors.) The buffet had less varieties but the food was alright. The Wi-Fi was another issue example: we in room 209 are Wi-Fi username and password would be 209 but it wouldn't work very time we need to connect to the Wi-Fi we had use different Wi-fi username and password, First 107 and next time we connect we have keep trying each room number until it connects and there was and awful smell in our room . Personally me and my family wouldn't recommend this hotel( especially for a relaxing vacation) , it would probably for us personally be emergence place if there is no hotel available. Horrible hotel to be avoided at all costs. The windows are not insulated against the constant honking of the street below. The carpet had red stains (I swear it was blood) and stinks of years of cigarette smoke. The bathroom vent sounded like a helicopter taking off and the AC vent was so full of dust and mildew that we ran from this room and change hotels right away.
Location is good, breakfast is very basic needs much improvement in terms of variety and quality. Air condition was working only on fan mode, and I requested to operate it on cool mode they replied it's a central AC and we're not in summer yet!
Arrived at 3pm shown to a room that was not allocated to me . Finally given a room on the 12 floor 1206. Continuous buzzing noise. Traffic sounds like I'm on the street and the bed and pillows are like stone . No double glazing. At 23.05 the telephone rings to ask if I need anything after telling them no it continues to ring 3 more times then to cap it all having a do not disturb sign on my door I was woke up at 1.05 in the morning asking would I like water. This place is not the hotel to stay at I unfortunately chose this horrible place and it was a big mistake
