Arrived at 3pm shown to a room that was not allocated to me . Finally given a room on the 12 floor 1206. Continuous buzzing noise. Traffic sounds like I'm on the street and the bed and pillows are like stone . No double glazing. At 23.05 the telephone rings to ask if I need anything after telling them no it continues to ring 3 more times then to cap it all having a do not disturb sign on my door I was woke up at 1.05 in the morning asking would I like water. This place is not the hotel to stay at I unfortunately chose this horrible place and it was a big mistake

The hotel is very dirty the service is very bad ..they never change seats by the 10 days we stay there …everu body was rude. The breakfast was a terrible buffet after 930 am they replace nothing ..:one of us need a doctor and they did not help us ..the elevator did not work …we ask about the manager and they come 4 different people …service very slow and very bad ..is the worst hotel I ever been in my life and I travel a lot ..:thru my opinion is one star hotel and not four stars hotel as they sell it ..

I was there unfortunately for 10 days in this hotel.The people was so unpolite to me without any reason.The breakfast and genera the service was the worse I ever had in my life,after 9.30 the breakfast boufe was empty without the basic breakfast food like butter or cheese ….The room was very dirty,the bed sheets never change them in 10 days even if I was telling them every morning,the cloning lady was putting me conditioner instead of shampoo and the toilet floor was always dirty.
A friend of mine came to see me and they didn’t allow him even in the lobby to come and have a coffee with me and they was very impolite also to him. Never again …!!!!
