This hotel has exceptional staff. They are friendly and willing to make your stay comfortable as much as you can. The view is amazing I had room 803, the location is very close to many attractions and public transportation. Parking is available for your private car at a nearby garage for 50 EGP/night. The breakfast is very good with lots of variety and yummy items. The Food court at San Stefano Mall is within walking distance of the hotel for more options. Other cafes and beaches are also very close to the hotel. The hotel is clean and follows a strict face-mask policy for staff. I highly recommend and I will be definitely staying again on my next visit to Alexandria.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was satisfactory, food is delicious, staff were very friendly and welcoming, location is perfect and nearby all means of transportation, the view is one of the best you can find in Alex.
Isolation for traffic noise is recommended.

Very bad stay, I do not like this experience, the staff are very rude and aggressive with the guest, they need to know how to deal with guest, I do not recommend this hotel at all. In addition the room in my opinion does not meet 4 stars standards, the hotel does not deserve the money paid and rate.
