Very bad stay, I do not like this experience, the staff are very rude and aggressive with the guest, they need to know how to deal with guest, I do not recommend this hotel at all. In addition the room in my opinion does not meet 4 stars standards, the hotel does not deserve the money paid and rate.

Regarding the room it was a standard type see side view as your reservation. Returning to your records , was obvious that your concern that the room was lower floor as was no availability for high floor t. As no request from you for high floor was sent while the reservation to be a priority. As your collogue admired a same standard room but higher floor . Regarding staff , I think that all hotel staff tried to help , as you was Offred an upgrade & complimentary but you refused. F.O.M wanted to contact you but you refused so he contacted your collogue . So no chance was given from your side to achieve a satisfaction . We booked a group of rooms and enjoyed the stay with wonderful smile from Mr. Amr in the reception so helpful the hotel is amazing with nice view staff are very friendly and welcoming will visit the hotel again soon

We were group for business meeting , the hotel is nice to run your work. Wifi is good . Clean rooms . Good meeting rooms equipped with all facilities. Staff are very helpful the breakfast is delicious. The quite atmosphere and sea nice view with winter time is perfect. Enjoyed the days of stay.

Was good place , comfy and friendly stuff, nice location , breakfast good. Sea view is great . The cafe in libby is perfect. Will come back to enjoy the winter time front of the sea . Great stay . Enjoying the cleaning , wuite room. Light is quite.

Reception is best for all Alexandria hotels, wish to stay there ever , Bell Boys give a great help and welcome to guest , all food items which we tried as meat , chicken , dessert , are delicious . All beverages we tried are done well. A good hotel for friends near to shopping center. will go with family always .
