We planned to stay in the hotel for 2 nights. When we arrived to the location first of all we found that entrance on the territory has its price - some guys will charge you to enter by car or taxi to the territory of the location. Then on the check in desk in the hotel they said that they’ve canceled my booking and proposed me to pay double price for the same room. Once it didn’t help, they started showing me options completely different from what I’ve reserved for the same price, but extremely old and un repaired. Worth to mention that they were extremely rude all the time during all these discussions.

Make sure you are not choosing this hotel unless it it the last one in Alexandria. If choosing - your reservation mean’s nothing for them at all

I booked for my friends to stay on 26 February and actually they are still in house.

The great feedback they have given me about the hotel make me with no doubt to write this.

Then i called the hotel to make sure that everything is sorted for them and i called Mr Ali Ramadan who really make me feel that i took the right decision to book them in Paradise.

Special thanks to Mr Ali Ramadan who made their stay a memorable one, he was really helpful and polite and with no doubt will call him again for my own stay.

Also BIG BIG thank you to Mr Mohamed Gamal for taking care of my guests and make sure that everything is up to their satisfaction.

HOTEL IS NOT ONLY A ROOM, HOTEL IS A SERVICE.

I have been in Paradise inn since 2012 , I sometimes come with my family twice per year, this time I went on my own. I have to say in this period of Corona virus unfortunately staff were behaving like there is no Virus no cautions for example when I got into my room I expected to find towels in plastic bag but the fact was the opposite I have to say the room was super clean and sheets are very clean but towels should have been covered I should have been the first one to touch them ! Staff didn't take any cautions they only put mask on when they come to talk to you and when they are talking to each other no mask worn, I'm not blaming them if their managers allowed them to work in that way without training them about how important to keep themselves and others safe !! I reported my comment to the front manager he was understanding then I found my comment has been taken in consideration .
Food is so delicious, staff is polite.
I will definitely come back ,but please with more cautions thank you.
