Some disappointing points

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 27 Sept 2020
I have been in Paradise inn since 2012 , I sometimes come with my family twice per year, this time I went on my own. I have to say in this period of Corona virus unfortunately staff were behaving like there is no Virus no cautions for example when I got into my room I expected to find towels in plastic bag but the fact was the opposite I have to say the room was super clean and sheets are very clean but towels should have been covered I should have been the first one to touch them ! Staff didn't take any cautions they only put mask on when they come to talk to you and when they are talking to each other no mask worn, I'm not blaming them if their managers allowed them to work in that way without training them about how important to keep themselves and others safe !! I reported my comment to the front manager he was understanding then I found my comment has been taken in consideration .
Food is so delicious, staff is polite.
I will definitely come back ,but please with more cautions thank you.

Booked 2 double rooms. The best thing was the booking, efficient check-in done be the FOM, Mr. Mohamed Gamal who showed awesome and very professional hospitality and manifested a willingness to go the extra mile to make our stay pleasurable and special. The whole FO team was very welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean but the only negative point is the missing tea and coffee facilities, as advertised in their website. As with regard to the rest of the departments, the staff and managers were polite but needed lots of hospitality training. The lifeguard was doing everything except his job description ( guarding the people's lives). In general, it was a nice vacation and we might go back again in the future.

Started off good as a visitor to their private beach. Decided to check in for the night. From there went downhill. The man who checked us in was friendly but was charged $100 more than listed but at the time didn’t think anything of it until we saw the “bungalow”. The floors have a film on them so you need to keep your shoes on, the wifi didn’t work, only 2 towels for 4 people and to have water pressure in the shower it had to be a cold shower. The breakfast that costs who knows what doesn’t open until 8am so need to call room service for coffee which cost $40LE each! In my opinion, for the price we paid you would think each guest would be provided a towel without having to call the front desk, the floor should be clean and coffee should be available for 7am. Not so much a “paradise”!

I had the worst 2 days in my life with my family in this place... Very weak and slow service.. Stuff a lot around the pool doing nothing except watching guests and following them without any use... On check in mini bar was not working. No water bottles no kettle.. Service bad. Not even one star I give.. I don't recommend anyone to go there ever.. Talking to you while I am still in the hotel and I want to check out now

This hotel has all the possibility to be one of Alexandria's best hotel. Beautiful gardens and a huge swimming pool and spacious rooms with nice balconies with pool view. Although the Paradise Inn chain has two other hotels but this one is not upto the standard in most aspects. Poor house cleaning, poor breakfast service, cats running around the hotel, shortage of towels in rooms, late response to room service. The only good thing in the hotel was the reception staff. I sincerely recommend that the chain management would try to improve this hotel as it could be a jewel
