I made booking from club world travel, first problem they said the room upstairs , no lift. i had old peoples with me , i told pls give a room down as there was empty rooms . they said NO , you must pay 600 egp per night to take down room. I paid 2400 with anger. after rude replies from reception peoples.
The rooms are full of aunts , not clean , we changed twice house keeping first day.
The pool they ask for extra 300 per person to use the pool, however my reservations contains two double person + child. But for every child they take money. they make me pay 900 for my childs freinds.
Also food is expensive , they only wish to buy foods from inside to make you pay more.
The sea is their own, very dirty , lots of rubbish inside, I said why don`t you clean they say bcs it will become dirty again.
I recommend not to go this one
لي تجربه سيئه فيه الصيف ده حجزت غرفة دبل عن طريق club world و لما وصلت ريسبشن قالي هتاخد اوده فوق رغم كان في اماكن تحت فاضيه كان معيا ناس كبيره في السن . و مفيش اسانسير لطلوع الدور اللي فوق و لازم تدفع ٦٠٠ ج في اليوم فرق علشان تنزل تحت اضطريت ادفع ٢٤٠٠ فرق . و بعدين لما جينا ننزل البيسين بيعدوا الاطفال كان معيا ٣ اطفال صغيرين دفعت ٣٠٠ لكل واحد رغم أن حاجز دبل مع child و صمم و دفعني و ثالثا الاود كلها نمل علي السراير و رابعا كل مره نجيب اكل مش عايزين يدخلوه و عايزين ننشتري اكل من المطعم جوه طبعا غالي جدا لكن صممت و دخلت بالاكل . بصراحه زودها و معامله زفت . علي

The room assigned was very unclean, no towels, smelly and furniture is damaged. I requested to change the room to a one as described when booking, was assigned one not smelly, yet not clean and terrible noise from machines under it, could not sleep the 2 nights. The room was not as described when booked, no view, no balcony and payment was withdrawn from my credit for 1 night even before the cancellation free date. The 2nd night payment was withdrawn upon arrival before checking in. No WiFi in rooms or outside areas, very limited in the lobby. Very poor breakfast and food quality. Definitely a hotel not worthy and could not recommend or consider to visit!

A piece of advice don’t ruin your journey by going to this horrible hotel..
Rude personnel, terrible old expensive rooms ( which by the way called deluxe rooms )
The moment i stepped into the room
Not even one towel
Dirty floor full of sand
No cups
Washroom door doesn’t lock !!!
The beach and thepool sitting area with only one waiter serving so start ordering your food 2 hours before you start starving
Wifi not working in any corner of the hotel
Just one key for each room ( does it make sense ?)
And the funny thing is that the management have no clue about the customer service
So if you have any problem don’t bother by asking to talk to the manager as of course the receptionist are just robots repeating what they were told to say !!!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as you will just spend big money and all you will get in return is frustration...
but i will recommend for the management to start taking customer service courses maybe maybeee they will be doing a better job and the hotel will be more busy
By the way ... the hotel was almost empty but upon check in they claimed that they only had deluxe rooms which is definitely more expensive..
