The staff was perfect , everything was organized , youana the guest relation manager was more than perfect.
The breakfast is so delicious the view is perfect and the place is ever clean.

best place to spend your holiday , it was a mix between calm & relaxation . excellent and clean rooms with a beautiful view , stuff were very helpful , food is really excellent , it was a great accomodation and won't be the last time to go.

Very nice hotel, great view , great location, friendly stuff. Amazing sightseeing spots around the hotel like the gardens, montazah Palace, salmlek Palace ( closed ) but u can see them from outside or arrange a group visit for the Palace in advance

This is a lovely little getaway spot in Alexandria. Off the busy streets , the Montazah Gardens are serene , green and beautiful. The area inside Muntazah gives off royal and luxurious vibes.
Overall the hotel is nice. The public areas are elegant and cozy. The sea view can be enjoyed everywhere on the property. The only place where you miss the feel of luxury is sadly inside the rooms . Furniture is dated and bathrooms are not refurbished.
Housekeeping lady is not the most helpful nor pleasant. But except her every member of staff is warm and welcoming and helpful.
Front desk, guest relations, restaurant chefs, restaurant staff - all wonderful.
Breakfast buffet is enough - pastries are not the best - but overall it’s an acceptable breakfast. The breakfast room is modern and cozy overlooking the stunning ocean and pool views.
Room tip: Sea view rooms a must .
If you can afford it take high category rooms to compensate for lack of luxury in standard rooms.
