Very nice hotel, great view , great location, friendly stuff. Amazing sightseeing spots around the hotel like the gardens, montazah Palace, salmlek Palace ( closed ) but u can see them from outside or arrange a group visit for the Palace in advance

This is a lovely little getaway spot in Alexandria. Off the busy streets , the Montazah Gardens are serene , green and beautiful. The area inside Muntazah gives off royal and luxurious vibes.
Overall the hotel is nice. The public areas are elegant and cozy. The sea view can be enjoyed everywhere on the property. The only place where you miss the feel of luxury is sadly inside the rooms . Furniture is dated and bathrooms are not refurbished.
Housekeeping lady is not the most helpful nor pleasant. But except her every member of staff is warm and welcoming and helpful.
Front desk, guest relations, restaurant chefs, restaurant staff - all wonderful.
Breakfast buffet is enough - pastries are not the best - but overall it’s an acceptable breakfast. The breakfast room is modern and cozy overlooking the stunning ocean and pool views.

Excellent vacation

The hotel is very nice, it is very quiet, the view is amazing, the stuff is helpful once you ask for anything their response is fast, the quality of food is very good and there is a variety in the breakfast I really enjoyed my stay
