After many stays in Hilton green plaza,I can say it’s the worst 5 stars hotel in Alex because of the behavior of the employees in it and mainly in the main restaurant every thing can be good after you pay tips for anyone you meet the smell of the rooms is not so good as the maintenance is under zero you can know that just you entered the hall of the room.

CONS: Actually i used their application for early check in, and chose my preferences. None of them actually were done. They failed to activate digital key, changed the room i checked in from application, i choose city view to be away from mall noise, but i got mall room view. Also i choose from app not to go green and requested all room amenities but the room was mot fully ready as requested.
PROS: staff are very friendly and always trying to help. I spook with lovely : Donia Samir from guest relations and she immediately solved all my issues and sent me an anniversary cake for me and wife.
Also the hotel is very clean rooms are wide.
BTW: we only had breakfast and the restaurant was over crowded that i started eating in reception table, yet still one Omelette station, one drinks station, and even one pan cakes station all through a window

All off things perfectly. I have been stay here more than 7 months. All the time I felt in my home. By the way there is kindly friends mr Ahmed Omran and Bilal . Thank you for everything.all the breakfast it was so good. I advice u should visit here. U will be enjoying here.

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when it was cold and we wanted to shift to Ginger downstairs , the staff suggested the service elevator without any prompting. They also have rooms that are built for special needs so anyone in a wheelchair or otherwise will feel catered to.

I had a great experience with the hotel and staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean rooms. Most importantly the place is adapted to wheelchair users, make sure when booking a room to specify.
Staff were professional and friendly, they were very accommodating, and helpful.
Can’t recommend this highly enough and I would definitely come back.
It’s in a prime location in Alexandria, where you can get to everything easily.
