An amazing vacation

We stayed in the hotel for a short break. It is a historic place with central location in the heart of the city. The suite we stayed in has hosted a famous Egyptian writer and influential and had his name on the suite door. A lot of other rooms and suites had names of other national and international guests.
The suite was clean and tidy with elegant classic furniture. The sea view was amazing.
We had breakfast in the main restaurant. They offer a good variety of food with excellent quality. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Tarek who was looking after our table, the live station chef and the barista man. I had one of the best coffee there. I have been contacted by the guest relation office more than once to ensure if I need anything.
The overall experience was excellent and I would certainly consider coming back.

Nice Hotel

The staff is perfect. Breakfast is very good. The location is ideal. Generally very good hotel for business. There is an odor in some of the rooms that would need the attention of the management. Some air conditioning systems are loud. I am using this hotel regularly for my business trips.

Hotel is a Piece of History

Older colonial style hotel in the heart of Alexandria. It was good for a single night but it didn't have as many amenities as we would have liked if we were to stay much longer. Great view from our room and we got a kick out of riding the very old and unique elevator. They have a small buffet breakfast available in the morning. We did have some issues with our shower but again for one night it wasn't too big of a deal.

Room tip: Great location but can be noisy given all the traffic.

Amazing staff

Amazing staff and service and smiling faces everywhere specially ms Nagham she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves also reception team were very friendly and breakfast staff. We enjoyed the Mediterranean and the weather so much

Excellent

The hotel is very cozy with an excellent sea view, 2 persons can sit inside the balcony
The staff is very friendly, and Samia the housekeeper lady cares about the very little details with her assistant
Breakfast is delicious and its staff is really nice
