Older colonial style hotel in the heart of Alexandria. It was good for a single night but it didn't have as many amenities as we would have liked if we were to stay much longer. Great view from our room and we got a kick out of riding the very old and unique elevator. They have a small buffet breakfast available in the morning. We did have some issues with our shower but again for one night it wasn't too big of a deal.

Amazing staff and service and smiling faces everywhere specially ms Nagham she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves also reception team were very friendly and breakfast staff. We enjoyed the Mediterranean and the weather so much

The hotel is very cozy with an excellent sea view, 2 persons can sit inside the balcony
The staff is very friendly, and Samia the housekeeper lady cares about the very little details with her assistant
Breakfast is delicious and its staff is really nice

My one night stay at Steigenberger Hotel in Alexandria was highlighted by the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the warm hospitality of the team members. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was attentive throughout.
However, I was disappointed with the hygiene standards during my stay. The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Despite this issue, the hotel offers a convenient location and good amenities.
Overall, Steigenberger Hotel in Alexandria offers a beautiful view and friendly service, but improvements in cleanliness are necessary for a more comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel. Very pleasant receptionists, especially Jermine. Very clean rooms. I'd like to thank Mahmoud from Housekeeping department. Breakfast buffet was superb, with all varieties, and pleasant staff. Snacks were excellent.
