My one night stay at Steigenberger Hotel in Alexandria was highlighted by the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the warm hospitality of the team members. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was attentive throughout.
However, I was disappointed with the hygiene standards during my stay. The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
Despite this issue, the hotel offers a convenient location and good amenities.
Overall, Steigenberger Hotel in Alexandria offers a beautiful view and friendly service, but improvements in cleanliness are necessary for a more comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel. Very pleasant receptionists, especially Jermine. Very clean rooms. I'd like to thank Mahmoud from Housekeeping department. Breakfast buffet was superb, with all varieties, and pleasant staff. Snacks were excellent.

Beautifully renovated old building. You can smell the history there. Overlooking the sea with beautiful view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. I would have loved to see a rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea Location is excellent in the center of the city Recommended

The place is tidy and scrupulously clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room is very well equipped. Bed is comfortable. Enchanting view. Food is magnificent. Very well worth the money. The hotel has conference halls and WIFI. Definitely a first choice in Alexandria
