The hotel is amazing Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and room view, the hotel’s location is perfect it is near by a-lot of Alexandria's go to places , an overall wonderful experience ❤️

I visited the Steigenberger Cecil Hotel in Alexandria in May and had an exceptional stay! The personnel was very polite and extremely helpful! The Front Office Manager Mr. Remon Boules was a great help to me as I was there for business and he made sure to support my every need! I would like to thank him personally and note that his friendly personality and care made me feel safe and sure that he would find a solution and make things work for me and my group.
