Highly recommended, the staff and receptionists are very kind and helpful, rooms are well cleaned and organized and best of all is the balcony view 🔝 no. In Alex, i spent three days but weren't enough, would be happy to come back again for sure.
I would like to thank Mrs Joumana from guest relations. We faced some challenges when we arrived on the first days but she managed to turn our experience completely. The cleaning became perfect and all our requests were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the complimentary gesture offered by the hotel. I am leaving the hotel as a happy satisfied guest.
A very good Hotel.. the food is good and good hospitality.. a privte beach good rooms view.. The staf was very helpful specifically Jomana from guest relations..
also the room servises.. Generally a very good experience staying in Helnan.
There were flies all over the bathroom.
Food was not allowed and the food from the hotel is too expensive.
I was planning for 2 days I had to go to another hotel the 2nd day.
I don’t think I will go back again any time in the future and don’t recommend staying there.
First class staff, so clean rooms with good space and nice pool and sea view, clean roomy bathrooms, you can eat and drink from hotel service without need going outside but still you can make it outside easily inside Maamora or more distant inside the city, pool is so clean with available plenty towels and side to side shower and Gym, private clean beach less than 100 meters walk, Roomy safe underground parking, highly recommended to visit
