Great atmosphere and nice view in front of the pool and near the private beach and also delicious breakfast they have variety types of food, clean room and very nice staff and helpful
This was my first time in helnan elmaamoura and definitely not the last
I appreciate staff hospitality & I want to thank them for their assistance and help starting from the reception staff and to the house keeping team. That was one of the best vacations we have spent. Isa we will be here again soon. We really had fun. Thank you
Mr Ezz and Ms Jumana were extremely helpful… very friendly staff and professional and don’t loose their cool, they very understanding and tried to help us a lot when we didn’t have all our documents and they still let us check in on time until we gather our stuff … I can’t be appreciative enough… the staff is nice and hotel clean and new , pool is huge , nice breakfast area and restaurant open to everyone too… but overall it’s a small cozy hotel feeling friendly environment…
So bad unclean breakfast with insects and very rude in reception they have no experience at all how to treat their guest walking us by telephone so early although iam in vacation and the beach so dirty the sand and water unclean at all really I am so disappointed
