Animation was totally awful, on reception people were not competent. They didn't wrote all information, count wrong, then another person can't understand and took extra money. All the rest personal were extremely nice,helpful and kind.

the rooms are very clean and very comfort / services is very good the staff also very nice and helpful .. breakfast is super good swimming pool very clean i give rate 5 to 5 they have private beach also clean....................................

Aggressive staff , food not variable ,rude beach workers , reception manager not straight and allow the staff to unrespect guest.
Location is ok but second line from sea
Beach is free from activities and staff are rude
except sayed is ok
Marawan beach guy and one girl with him are so aggressive and bad attitude

Starting from reception Aya and Kareem everything was excellent..Room service was v.good,restaurant and food was v.good
Waiters were excellent
The pool was great and the beach was also excellent
Everybody there was smiling and helpful
Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties
The taste of the food from the menu was also good

Great accommodation, friendly staff amazing food, heated pool for adults and kids, good location.
We are hoping to add new kids area, some activities like animation team to entertain our childrens. And some green areas.

Very bad hotel not worth the price they charged, room is very tiny and bed is very smal . its not 38meter as mentioned. Be aware
They charged very high rate for non Egyptian. Not recommended at all for any one traveling to alexandria
Breakfast is also bad.
