I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Alexandria, and the experience was exceptional! From the warm welcome at reception to the amazing service provided by every team member, the hospitality here is truly outstanding.
We stayed in room 301, which came with direct access to the 16+ pool. This was one of our favorite parts of the stay—so peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel has two main pools: one for guests of all ages and one for 16+. After enjoying the pool, I visited the steam room and jacuzzi, and both were excellent, adding to the overall relaxation. The staff ensured complete privacy and comfort and made sure I never felt uncomfortable for a moment.
The early birthday celebration was another thoughtful touch. Since my birthday falls after my visit and I couldn’t return due to work commitments, the hotel went out of their way to celebrate it early with a delicious cake and beautiful room decorations. It was such a kind gesture that made my stay even more special.
The breakfast on the ground floor was fantastic, with staff always helpful and ready to go out of their way if I needed something specific. They offered a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. Angy from housekeeping also deserves a special mention for keeping our room spotless and ensuring we had everything we needed—her attention to detail was amazing!
The gym, open 24 hours, was excellent and well-equipped, making it easy to stay active throughout my stay.
We also made use of the business lounge, which was cozy and well-stocked with refreshments throughout the day. The hotel salon was a great addition too, with high-quality service that added to the convenience.
Radisson Blu Alexandria exceeded all our expectations. The peaceful pool access, excellent amenities, and attentive service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria—whether for business or leisure—and I look forward to coming back soon!

1- inexperienced staff , they can not deal with guests , we had to wait in a long line to enter the restaurant as if we were students in school. Never saw this before in any 5 star hotel.
2-disrespectful waiters I had to tell them the thing I want many times to do it , eg there was not salt in the salter the waiter told me right away then nothingcame till i left ,, I wanted soda that was on his tray , the waiter looked at me and ignored what I was saying and kept walking ,didn't even say a word so rude.
3- poor food quality, choices and taste , there was even no custom made omlete, when we contacted the manger,he told us only with extracharge .,,
4- Very poor supervision on the open buffet ,the refilling was too slow that we had to tell the shiefs to refill the plates despite they were next the buffet talking to eachother doing nothing as if they were surprised by the presence of the guests .
5- Worst TV signal ,I couldn't watch anything on TV ,always there is weak or no signal ,when I told the receptionist still nothing happened for 2days ,,Does it need more than 2 days to be fixed !!!!?
6-poor shampoo botteling, we were surprised that the bottle was blocked doesn'tpour ,
Worst experience ever , totally don't recommend anyone to go there

Excellent hotel. Room was beautiful with amazing view of the pool. Very clean with exceptional cleaning. Ahmed provided a very high standard of room keeping [Room 3101]
The staff are exceptional, in particular Emad who took me to my room on arrival. Very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is very good. Mostafa on the evening made we feel welcome.
Would highly recommend this hotel. I was staying on my own for 6 nigjts as a business trip. Reception were very helpful, as was room service.
