I didn't try the food cause i like to try famous food in Alexandria
In general the price is a bit high for the facility provided.
The cleanliness is average
And they ask me to pay money for extra water.
The location is acceptable.
The staff is good.
51 dollars without breakfast is too much for a such service. Many things need to be improved.

Our prices is considered to be very competitive compared to 4 stars hotels in Alexandria also you can book the room including breakfast or on Half board basis. we wish you visit us again for a better experience

My overall experience at the Grand Plaza Hotel was very good, check-in and check-out was very smooth and pleasant, even at peak season. This Hotel's level of quality and service is easily comparable to much fancier hotels at much higher price points.
