Very good hotel the room very clean and the stuff are very helpful and friendly they tried to help me in every way
The king bed kind of little smaller than usual
About 20 min drive to the city centre
I didn't try the food cause i like to try famous food in Alexandria
In general the price is a bit high for the facility provided.
The cleanliness is average
And they ask me to pay money for extra water.
The location is acceptable.
The staff is good.
51 dollars without breakfast is too much for a such service. Many things need to be improved.

My overall experience at the Grand Plaza Hotel was very good, check-in and check-out was very smooth and pleasant, even at peak season. This Hotel's level of quality and service is easily comparable to much fancier hotels at much higher price points.
The place to stay is very wonderful, very good and very comfortable.
The room is very excellent. The bathroom is very good. There is good treatment and the general appearance is very good.

I thought it will be Horrible Hotel Starts From The Welcome Disk The Way Of Replay by (NO WORD) I Only Ask For A Good Room Cause I Had A Very Bad Experience Before, but every thing changes and stuff is amazing my rooms is clean if you don't feel Comfortable they will immediately moving you to another room with new view
