My overall experience at the Grand Plaza Hotel was very good, check-in and check-out was very smooth and pleasant, even at peak season. This Hotel's level of quality and service is easily comparable to much fancier hotels at much higher price points.
The place to stay is very wonderful, very good and very comfortable.
The room is very excellent. The bathroom is very good. There is good treatment and the general appearance is very good.

I thought it will be Horrible Hotel Starts From The Welcome Disk The Way Of Replay by (NO WORD) I Only Ask For A Good Room Cause I Had A Very Bad Experience Before, but every thing changes and stuff is amazing my rooms is clean if you don't feel Comfortable they will immediately moving you to another room with new view
They are trying to maintain the status of the hotel’s name and for it to be in a high position among its counterpart hotels surrounding them in Alexandria. It is also distinguished by its very reasonable price. ask for omar at the front disk
My experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. Despite charging $12 for an extra bed, they refused to accommodate my 8-year-old child. Instead, they suggested booking a separate room for the child. Dealing with such unaccommodating staff makes any leisure or business trip unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. Will never come back to this hotel again.

we don't have any reason to reject a child with 8 years to stay with parents in their room since we do have children policy where by your kid from 6 years to 11.9 years can stay free accommodation. we have investigated and reviewed our log systems in regards of any issue related but we failed to identify. Very professional and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and I managed to try the room service once during my stay, it was delicious, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The cafe on the 1st floor of the hotel, Baku Cafe, was very modern and comfy in design.
