Very bad experience. Money was taken from our rooms and when we reached out to the manager they kept ignoring us and they refused to show us the camera footage. Then the head manager talked to us in a really rude and unprofessional and we didn’t get our money back
We were very satisfied by the hotel’s service and it is really worth it to try . The rooms were very cleaned and well arranged. The hotel’s price added an extra edge in how this hotel is special . The reception team was doing very well answering all our questions . The staff-room was very professional and did their job well .

The hotel is clean and the area is okay but I was so un lucky to be placed near a room of young teenagers that they kept talking and laughing till 3 am and the isolation of sound in rooms in this hotel is non existent almost . What is sad that this group of people are up at 8 am and the loud voices of people cleaning and the hoover woke me up ! Which made my sleeping and resting experience terrible I slept almost 4 hours ! I stayed in July or last June it was was not that noisy ! Literally people are not considerate or the sound isolation in rooms need to be amended . This stay was the worst I had ever in hotels in terms of ability to rest and sleep because of the outside noises!!
