I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel, and it ranks among the worst ones I have ever visited. The front office service was particularly poor, as I had to repeatedly ask them to fix various issues from the very first day, but they ignored my requests. Despite having a disability, they showed no consideration when I requested dinner to be served in my room. Furthermore, I was charged extra fees for delivery when I asked for breakfast or dinner in my room, even though I had already paid for half-board. There were several other problems that arose during my stay as well. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel and I intend to share my negative experience on travel review websites.
