Extreme bad experience.. poor and un behaved staff they don't know how to treat guests in a polite way .. starting from the parking to the manager ... first and last time to enter this miserable hotel .

The room was very clean and as I expected. The staff is very friendly and responsive. It was a very clean 2-bed room, with a mini fridge, air conditioner, kettle with coffee and tea bags. The bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect..Hospitality, cleanliness of the rooms and how comfy it is and people are very friendly and helpful and there’s a good parking too and the location in center of smouha is also amazing

Loved our stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Alexandria. The Hotel staff is very friendly and keen to assist with anything they can. Breakfast was amazing with the staff preparing special treats each morning. The Hotel is quite central in Alexandria as well so going to any sites is easy. It's also within walking distance from the green plaza mall with a lot of nice restaurants and shops

Excellent hotel
The room was clean and spacious.
Very comfortable bed.
The breakfast is very rich of food.
In the lunch you can choose: pasta, chicken, salad and tipical Egyptian specialities.
Nice location at a great price.
Very attentive hotel staff

The hotel has a central location in Smouha with everything you need in a walking distance .
Check in was pretty fast. The rooms are spacious, classic style. They pay special attention to pleasing your sense of smell. My room had a very nice oriental smell like oud or wood-like fragrance but not offensive. The shower kit had gummy smell that was satisfying too. I did get quality sleep which was really essential in such a short trip with no much time to be waisted sleeping but I woke up well rested due to the mattress with just right firmness. The room was quiet despite the vital location which is hard to find most of the times.
WiFi was provided for free in the room with good speed that you can stream YouTube or manage some work on the go.
Breakfast was tasty and I highly recommend trying the grilled vegetables.
Hotel team were very hospitable and helpful.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for your hard earned money.
Room tip: There is no hair dryer.
