We stayed in this apartment 4 nights. You do need a car to get in and out of Zadar, but parking was no problem in September and the apartment was in a quiet residential area, not far from the sea. We didn't meet the owner but her parents, who live above the 2 apartments to rent below them were both very kind and helpful - though they don't speak English - rather German and Croatian. Any English needed we could whatsapp the owner and she replied immediately. We loved the terrace leading off the living room, and although we didn't have a sea view it looked out onto a lovely garden and we spent each evening there. The owner's father insisted on giving us some of his homemade wine and wonderful grapes growing in the garden. It would've been nice to have had some small extras like a little sugar, or tea, the kind of things you don't like to buy when only in a place a few nights, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable and very pleasant.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a house on a quite street, about 300 meters from the sea. Anja, the young host is extremely reliable and helpful Use their grill house , it's really special. The apartment is clean and has everything you need while staying. Also has WiFi, which is very handy. Zadar is a beautiful town but it helps to hire a car to be able to discover further places.
