The apartment is in a great location being a gentle 10 minute walk into the Old Town and on the nicer side of town! The apartment itself is very good. The views from the master bedroom, living room, and terrace are lovely and it was a relaxing and quiet (for a city!) spot. One thing to bear in mind is that the only access to the large terrace is through the second bedroom which was a little inconvenient for anyone sleeping there who was early to bed or later to rise. Nada and Branko were excellent hosts. They do not live on site but were easily contactable by free landline (or mobile) from the apartment. Would certainly recommend but probably best for a family rather than friends due to the terrace access issue. And Dubrovnik is an amazing city!!
Just spent a lovely week at this apartment. Superbly positioned for two beaches and the Old Town. Although we did not use it, there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Nada, our host, met us at the apartment.....with a welcoming cold beer....She was a mine of information and suggestions.. The apartment has a lovely large terrace with breaktaking views. A memorable holiday!
The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Each bedroom led outside to superb areas for watching life go by in the street and along the coast below. The outdoor terrace was cool in the heat of the sun and it was pretty with many flowers. \the apartment was well located equidistant from two beaches. On the further beach we went snorkelling with many colourful fish and an octopus! Altogether a brilliant place to stay.

Was surprised not to find any reviews on trip advisor for what looked a great apartment but found a lot of other great comments on other sites. The views from the vine covered terrace are as stunning as the photos show. Not 180' due to the hotel Argentina but sea and Lokrum Island to the left and old town to the right. So lovely sipping local wine or beer just watching the expensive boats and water tours going by or a sunning sunset. The apartment has steps to the building door and then is on the first floor, not steep and nice and wide but worth knowing. It's slightly uphill from the hotel, just look for no. 37 on the wall. We used the shuttle bus from the airport to Pile gate in the old city and then taxi as this was the cheapest option and was easy to do.
The garden terrace wall is too low to be able to leave younger children unsupervised but does give them some shady outdoor space as it's quite large.
Banje beach is 5 mins down the hill and the old town is 10 mins. Takes slight longer uphill on way back but slope is gradual and to have the views you need a bit of height. 2 local shops between Banje and the old town for provisions and morning market in the old town. Great atmosphere in the old town at night, busy but beautiful beaches during the day and weather in Sept when we came was 27 degrees.
Branko and Nada the owners sat with us on arrival over a cold beer and gave us their advice for our stay. Such a lovely, warm and friendly couple who clearly are very proud of the apartment and the city.
Bed is huge and very comfortable which I rarely get to say about holiday homes. Quaint and traditionally furnished with lots of storage, even if I bought all my clothes from home I couldn't fill the wardrobe!
Highly recommended and will definitely be back!
This apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes walk down to the old town. It has great views of the town and Lokrum. The owners met us there and were very welcoming. We had everything we needed. it was lovely to be able to sit out on the shady terrace when it was hot.
