We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, and would highly recommend it. The hosts, Nikola and Antonia, are so welcoming and friendly, and the apartment is delightful, with fantastic views across the old city. Nikola met our car when we arrived, to ensure that we could park successfully, and Antonia greeted us with home-made cake, fresh figs and lemonade. We enjoyed many trips down into the old town to walk the walls, see the cathedral, swim and stroll through the streets (the steps are easily manageable, and keep you fit!). A high point of the week was our boat trip with Nikola, Antonia and their grandson. We enjoyed a beautiful home-cooked meal on the boat, and loved the opportunity to swim, (both off the boat and at the beach at Kolocep). Our week in Dubrovnik was a great introduction to Croatia. Nikola and Antonia are such lovely people to chat to, so we also felt that we got to know more about the country and its people too. The apartment is well supplied (including all the extra things that make a difference, such as washing-up liquid, dish-washer tablets, washing powder, insect-repellant spray, extra toilet rolls, and all sorts of herbs and things in the cupboards). Thank you for a great week.

Just came back after a visit with five of my friends.
First of all i must highlight extreme hospitality of the owners who met us like some friends of theirs and not only showed us the house but additionally offered us not to hesitate to contact them if there would be any questions which might occur during our visit in Split.
Also I must mention that the house is very spacious and there was enough room for all six of us.
Even though the house is a bit away from the Split center as mentioned in the owner's description and you should have a car for full-fledged stay, but the astonishing view of the city surounded by the sea and mountains during the sunset which opens form the top terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture is totally worth it - it is the place for someone who admires calm neighbourhood instead of noisy city center.
in conclusion i would say that the price is way lower than the accomodation provided.
