Disappointing. I had stayed at this hotel several times before, but I don't think I will ever return to this or any Marriott again. I had three reservations for myself and some visiting friends around the same time (April-May). One of the reservations was a Reward night. Eleven days after staying, I noticed they only gave me points on their loyalty program for one reservation. I completed their Missing Stay form and they responded that due to their "new" policy they would have to remove the Reward night if I wanted them to give me points for the two longer stays. If true, that's a senseless policy, but nonetheless, I told them to proceed. They deducted the stay from my records but never credited my account with the points. Instead they re-sent me the original email response to my Missing Stay report, asking me again to give up the Reward night. That's OK, Marriott Bonvoy. Keep it. I forgive and move on.
