After having lost a valuable item in Panama city, I went through a lot of trouble having the item delivered at the front desk of the hotel after my departure. I had arranged with the people at the front desk that they would send it to me (on my own charge). Unfortunately they neve took the trouble to send the item, and started ignoring my emails about the item. I would've understood if they would have given me a good explanation on why it's not possible to send the item, but just ignoring the multiple emails I've sent them...

Very comfortable room, complete. nice restaurant, good location at business area. Staff is very good service in special Franklyn. Recommended to stay with family. Accesible in location for tourism , restaurants nearby and close to the sea.

Had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, Franklin at the lobby is great. Highly recommend!
Food is good, breakfast included,and no noise when you sleep, centrally located……….
