Despite showing signs of its age, this hotel still manages to offer a pleasant stay, though future guests should note that the rooms on the westside of the 10th floor are situated just above a rather noisy air conditioning unit.

A standout was Señora Elisabeth during breakfast, who made me feel incredibly welcome, especially appreciated since I was traveling alone. She attended to her section with the care and attention reminiscent of a mother ensuring her children enjoyed their meal.
Melinda at the front desk also deserves special mention for her kindness and patience, making me feel comfortable to inquire about anything. Additionally, the service line staff, particularly the lady who would address me by my name, demonstrated remarkable helpfulness. When a specific meal request couldn't be met, she patiently walked me through the alternatives, showcasing the level of service I wish to find in all my hotel experiences. It's not about grand gestures or lavish amenities but about sincere kindness and professionalism that truly makes a difference. This hotel, with its dedicated staff, certainly knows how to leave a lasting impression.
