Excellent place and location for business meeting we were welcomed by Franklin who explained the city where to eat and what to do extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds and food was great as well. Bar at nights is busy and friendly staff
Wonderful bar staff, we went nearly every night and enjoyed it. Front desk people were also exceptional along with the chauffeurs. Franklin is a great doorman! It was fun helping him with learning a new language.
We just wish the pool would have been open for any amount of time that we were there.

In addition to a fabulous location and facility, the food, comfort, and cleanliness couldn't have been better. But the best part for us was the incredible personal service we received from the front desk administrator Elizabeth and the Lobby Ambassador Franklin. We were having so much trouble making a new SIM card work in our iPhone and these two went above and beyond to actually make it happen including phone calls to the provider and ensuring it was working properly when done. They helped make our four day stay so much better.
This is a very nice, modern hotel, and I recommend it. The staff was very friendly, particularly Franklin, who made every effort to make us feel welcome and answer our questions. (Franklin even helped us put the correct destination in our Uber app as the address was not clear to us, but he figured it out for us.)
Hotel was clean and quiet, located in a business district within reasonable proximity to key areas of the city — and a pretty good breakfast each morning as part of our room rate. I’ll stay there again.
