Our wonderful experience began at the reception when we were checking in. Armando was exceptionally professional and accommodating to our needs. He was professional and extremely helpful. He helped make our experience at the Westin very gratifying.
Excellent option for families with kids! Very kind and personal stuff, specially Alfredo, he was really nice helping out with restaurants and local things to do recommendations. Would definitely come back!
The hotel is very nice, kind of fancy and the breakfast is very good. You can find several options (I didnt eat any other time besides breakfast).
The room has plenty of space and the bed is very comfortable.
The location is very convenient in Costa del Este. Several options around for restaurants, mini markets, car rentals, multiple business center, etc.
It is located 15 min away from Airport Tocumen and 15 min from Old Town (Casco Antiguo).
People in the reception desk were helpful all the time. Specially Franklin, who helped us a lot after he realized I left my wallet in the Uber driver we took earlier before.
After a few hours we were able to find the wallet and Franklin was there all the time helping us. Really appreciate it 🙏🏻
Definitely a great option to stay in Costa del Este, Panama City.
The attention provided by Armando -Natalia-Franklin was outstanding. I did everything in their power to make my time at the Westin a memorable experience. great food, nice rooms, the hotel overall is classy.
