Awesome service. Franklin great host. 100 points. I felt like being at home. Panama great experience. Complete gym, Great swimming Pool. Like the breakfast buffet, great view from my bedroom. Everything night i received a chocolate at my room
The hotel staff are all very friendly. We checked in first to a double bedroom, but later my wife requested to upgrade to a business suite, few hours later. It was a partial business trip. The restaurant serving meal was good, food quality also good. Definitely next year when we return will stay back at this hotel. Close to this hotel there is a very nice seafood restaurant, also shops close by. It is safe to walk around this area.

Breakfast is good and rooms are big. Beds are super comfy and rooms cleaning was at point. Is a hotel that has good social spaces as gym and pool.
This is a very nice hotel away from downtown Panama City. It's a bit off the beaten track, but closer to the airport and an easy uber ride to other places. The room was big, with a nice view, good bathroom, fluffy towels and lovely bedding. The breakfast buffet was really good and all the staff super friendly. I reserve 5 star reviews for super luxury properties (which this is not), but it's an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend.
